The founder of Mitchell's Funeral Home in 1975. Born December 13th, 1939 was called to his eternal home on August 7th, 2009.

Bishop William Henry Mitchell Sr.

Mitchell’s Memorial Funeral home was founded in 2019 by Bryan Corey & Dr. William H. Mitchell Jr., grandson & Son to the late Bishop W. H. Mitchell, experiencing together over 50 years of funeral service experience. 
 
Providing continuing professional services in Eastern North Carolina and the surrounding areas. Striving to meet the needs of the community with a set goal of conducting and demonstrating professionalism & compassion to all, inspired to carry on the Legacy of the Late Bishop W. H. Mitchell Sr.
