Thomas N. Williams was born on September 4, 1944 in Washington, DC to the late Booker T. and Margie Evans Williams. Thomas was their first son of five children. Thomas graduated from Eastern Senior High School in 1962. He married Jacqueline (Gough) in 1968. they had daughter Monica and son Thomas David.

Thomas was a Barber, working at Luckett's Barber Shop in SW for many years. He also worked for the Library of Congress and the DC Department of Housing before retiring in 1999. Thomas was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was also a brother, uncle, cousin and dear friend. Thomas loved his family, oldies music, sports and movie. He enjoyed sharing his wisdom and family history.

In addition to his parents; Thomas is predeceased by his grandmother Senora (Big Mama) Williams, his siblings Margarce Williams, Donald Williams and Betty Moore, aunt Betty Louise Woods, uncle William (Brother) Williams, niece Antoinette (Poochie) Young and cousins "Big Betty" Moore, Patricia Williams and Michael Williams.

Thomas N. Williams leaves to mourn his wife Jacqueline A. , children Monica D. and Thomas David, a granddaughter Karianne D. (KiKi), grandson Desmond David, great-granddaughter Kaneiya, sister Marion (Peaches) Blakey, cousin  Frances Russell, three nieces Christel, Renee and Senora (Peanut), four nephews Darryl, Delonta (Dinky), Eric (Sockswell), John (Sean) and a host of additional family and friends.
