Tesha Renee Wright transitioned from earth to glory on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the age of 52. She was born to the late Robert Earl Wright and Linda Wright.

Tesha was a graduate of North Pitt High School. She worked at Days Inn and East Carolina Inn concluding her dedicated service at ECU. She also faithfully attended New Faith Deliverance and Latter Rain Ministries.

Tesha was the true definition of love in action—strong, selfless, and unwavering in her devotion to family. She lived a life of pouring into others. Her nieces and nephews were her world, and she loved them fiercely. Above all, her only son, Jamelle, was her heart, her pride, and her best friend. Their bond was filled with laughter, loyalty, and unconditional love.

She believed in showing up for others, lifting people up, and giving even when she had little to spare. Known for her radiant smile and playful spirit, Tesha's light filled every room. Whenever you saw her, she was the same—joking, laughing, smiling, and loving her family. Any child who crossed her path was immediately claimed as one of her own; her heart knew no limits.

Tesha also had a special love for her sterling silver jewelry. She delighted in trading pieces with her mother and brother—small treasures that carried great meaning and reflected the close bond they shared.

Though her absence leaves an ache beyond words, her love remains stitched into the hearts of all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of generosity, strength, laughter, and unwavering love—a reminder to always show up for one another and to love without limits.
Tesha Renee Wright will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten

Tesha was preceded in death by her father, Robert Earl Wright.

Tesha leaves to cherish her memories Son Jamelle Wright, Mother Linda Wright, Brothers Darren Bryant, Eric Wright(Natalie), Jermaine Wright, an Aunt Hyla Morgan all of Greenville NC Nieces Akevia, Laquesha, Shamiah, Keira, Carma, Nephews Krishawn, Aaron, Justus, Jaylen, Qualik, Matthew, Great Nieces Frankie,Nova and Zy'onna, Great Nephews MJ and TJ. As well as some special friends/sisters Kristie, Techia, Janice, Lagwanda, Pudding, Shuree, Regina . Along with a host of cousins and friends who loved her dearly.
