Loretta
Heath
March 31, 1956 – March 5, 2025
Ms. Loretta Heath, affectionately and lovingly called "Low" was born on March 31,1956, in Bethel, NC to the late Charles David Heath and Shirley Grimes. She departed this earthly life on March 5, 2025, slipping into her final resting place and leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and love.
Low attended North Pitt High School and throughout her life, she worked in various roles, including cleaning and health care support, always dedicated to serving others with kindness and care. She took great pride in her work, ensuring that every space she touched was left better than she found it. Whether caring for others in a professional setting or lending a helping hand to family and friends,
Low's selflessness shined through in all she did. Her strong work ethic and compassionate nature made a lasting impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Low was the heart of family gatherings—not just for the warmth of her presence but for the way she always made sure things were in order. The family gatherings were never complete until Low showed up! After the celebrations, she was known or cleaning up and carrying out, making sure all the food was packed away nice and neat and the house was spotless. She had a sharp wit and a knack for "talkingjunk," bringing laughter and spirit to those around her.
Low was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Grimes; her father, Charles David Heath; her brother, Robert Williams; two beloved grandchildren, La'Osha Hopkins and Latrell Heath, and a treasured friend Sheryl Griggs.
Low leaves to cherish her memories, Finance' Jeffery Hines of the home; 7 children, Valerie Heath, Liquata Heath, Demetrius Heath (Maggie), Jerrell Heath, Shalonda Heath, Jeffery Moore, and Markee Heath; 3 Sisters, Mary Brown, Sadie Lynch, and Annie Person; 3 brothers, Alton Heath (Margaret), Harvey Heath, and Charles Heath; 12 Grandchildren, Tuquilla Bryant, Kevon Heath, Taja Moore,

Please Keep the Heath and Hines family in your thoughts and prayers.
