Emma Barrett was born in Harlowe, NC in Carteret County on May 5, 1927. She departed this life on December 28, 2021.

Emma was married to the late Moses Barrett, Sr. and from this union seven children were born. In addition to her husband, one son, Romalice Barrett preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish precious memories, six children, Moses Barrett, Jr., Layforrest Barrett, Jr. Deacon Curtis Barrett, Eddie M. Barrett (Jackie), Arice Barrett and Anna Barrett all of Greenville, NC; grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be held on January 3rd, 2022 at Homestead Memorial Gardens at 2pm. Please keep the Barrett family in your prayers.
