Clarence Earl Hopkins, age 57 departed this earthly life on Wednesday, December  27th, 2023. He was born in Edgecombe County North Carolina to the late Emma Hopkins and Irving Williams.

Clarence Earl Hopkins attended North Edgecombe High School in Leggett, North Carolina, Class of 1986. He worked many years as a Custodian until his health declined.

Clarence Earl Hopkins was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Hopkins; his father, Irving Williams and bother, Edward Hopkins.

Clarence Earl Hopkins leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Lisa Porter of Tarboro, North Carolina and Patrish Cherry of Pinetops, North Carolina; one sister, Brenda Hopkins-McNair of Tarboro, North Carolina; one brother, Kenny Hopkins wife, Lare Rome-Hopkins of Virginia; two aunts, Catherine Foreman and Shirley Mayes both of Tarboro, North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Jaquavion Lane, Jaquan Lane, Jawon Lane, Key'Nya Cherry, Kah'Zya Parker, Gabrielle Parker, and Katelyn Parker; one special nephew, Cedric Hopkins and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
